PureGear Return Policy is for all purchases placed directly from our website, www.Pure-Gear.com. Purchases made at Amazon® or eBay®. All other retailers do not qualify for this guarantee. There is no need to return product when requesting a lifetime replacement through our warranty claims process.What Qualifies for a Refund/Return
PureGear has a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases placed directly from our website, www.Pure-Gear.com. Purchases made at Amazon® or eBay®. All other retailers do not qualify for this guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, please first email support@pure-gear.com to start the return process. All returns require sending back the product with its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After the 30 day grace period, PureGear will not accept returns unless the item is defective under our warranty terms.
What Qualifies for a Replacement
PureGear is happy to send you a replacement for the defective item still under warranty. If the defective item is no longer available, PureGear will replace the item with an equal or lesser priced item at the discretion of the customer.
Replacement on Discontinued Items
Should PureGear be unable to replace an item that has been discontinued, the customer will be offered a comparable item or value as shown on the original purchase receipt or invoice. PureGear has the right to disclaim any limited warranty on discontinued products.
How to File a Claim for Returns
If you are having problems, please email support@pure-gear.com with the following information:

- Your Full Name
- Your PureGear Order Number
- What Product Is It?
- For Which Phone Device (If Applicable)
- What was the problem?
If you are an international customer, please contact us first for further instructions before shipping the product to us.
The Claim Process
Once our Customer Service team receives your claim from above the necessary information, you will then be instructed on the next steps to complete the claim process. Please note customers are responsible for shipping charges on sending the defective item back to PureGear. During the evaluation process, our technicians will decide the approval status of the item based on our warranty guidelines. This evaluation process usually takes 5-7 business days. For International orders, the customer is responsible for shipping and duty charges on the replacement. Thank you for your patience at this time. PureGear employees take pride in taking care of all their customers.
